Full Convention — Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Meals: Full convention registration includes most meals (all included meals are noted on the Agenda) including the gala awards celebration dinner on Thursday evening.

Single Day Access

Meals: Single day access includes meals noted on the agenda for that day. Thursday single day access includes Thursday evening gala awards dinner.

Non-member option

Non-members who wish to attend are invited to become a member. Register for the full convention and get your first year of membership at a reduced rate with this special package offer. (This offer available only to nurses who are not represented by WSNA for collective bargaining.)

Gala awards dinner

Join us for a celebratory evening event. Open to all members and non-members.

Lodging is not included. However, WSNA has negotiated a special room rate of $189 per night for a standard room (one king or two queen beds) at the Marriott Tacoma Downtown located adjacent to the convention center. Book your room on the Marriott website using this special link by April 1, 2025 to take advantage of the special rate.
 

Cancellations

Prior to April 20, 2025, you may cancel your registration for a full refund through EventBrite. We are required to order food for meals at Convention thirty days in advance, so we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after April 20. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person to attend in your place. To request that we transfer your registration to someone else, contact WSNA at 206-575-7979, ext. 0. 

Please note that cancellation of any arrangements you've made for lodging or travel must be handled separately — we're only able to cancel your registration for the Convention itself.

Speakers and schedule

We make every effort to nail down our speaker list and event schedule, but occasionally circumstances beyond our control may interfere. Therefore, speakers and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

Photography

We may photograph or videotape attendees for use in online or printed communications from the Washington State Nurses Association or in promotional materials for future conventions. By attending the convention, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in such materials.
